King, the vice president, Alonzo Taylor, the secretary, James A. Creditt, the conveyancer, Theodore Richardson, the treasurer, Harry Williams, and the directors. SJM Brock Building and Loan Association was founded on January 1st, 1920. Building and Loan Associations are depository financial institutions that collect money from customers to invest in residential mortgage loans.
